Lasers direct light energy to the hair root or spider vein. A special cooling hand piece protects and cools surrounding skin. Anesthetic cream (sold separately) is applied 1 hour prior to each treatment. For permanent hair reduction five to seven treatments are typically needed per area, spaced four weeks apart.
