Appointments
All appointments for spa and salon services are guaranteed with a credit card.
For your convenience we can keep your credit card number on file. Please arrive
15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure you receive your full
service.
We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the spa so
that we can be sure to accommodate your wishes.
Cancellations
In consideration of our other clients and our technicians, please give 24 hours
notice of any cancellation. If you fail to call or show, we must charge the full
amount of any unkept appointment.
Disabilities
We provide accommodations for our patrons with disabilities.
Please advise the receptionist when scheduling your appointment of any special
needs you may have.
Cell Phones
So that you may fully enjoy your spa experience and as a courtesy to our other
guests and our staff, we ask that you turn off your cell phone.
Attire
Shoes and shirts are required.
Smoking
For your comfort, our spa is smoke-free.
Personal Items
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal
articles. Please leave any valuables at home or keep them with you during your
appointments.
Payment
We gladly accept all major credit cards.
Gratuities
Are appreciated and of course are discretionary.
